under 359e60d108 Move window into PackedScene
The Inventory window was created directly in the desktop scene but it
needs to be a template we can instantiate so I've moved it into its own
PackedScene.

LGDG Example Project

Made the fullscreen toggle resize floating windows (on toggle back to windowed mode you can't see al lthe floating window as half of it is off the bottom of the screen).
